What we can refund

You are eligible for a full refund or replacement if:

• Your item arrived damaged or defective

• You received the wrong item

• Your order never arrived within the estimated delivery window

• The item is significantly different from what was described on our website

What we cannot refund

• Change of mind after the order has been dispatched

• Items that have been worn, washed, or had tags removed

• Items returned without prior approval from our team

• Damage caused by misuse or failure to follow care instructions

• Orders delayed by customs or carriers outside our control

• Orders where an incorrect delivery address was provided at checkout

How to request a refund

1. Email hhuntley0000@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request — Order #[your order number]"

2. Include your name, order number, and a description of the issue

3. Attach photos if the item is damaged or incorrect

4. Tell us whether you prefer a refund or replacement

5. We will respond within 2 business days with next steps

Processing

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Replacements are dispatched within 2–5 business days of approval.

Return shipping

• Damaged, defective, or incorrect items — we cover return shipping in full

• Unworn returns for other approved reasons — return shipping is the customer's responsibility

We recommend using a tracked method for all returns as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
