Overview

At DjinnCo every order is handled with the same precision we put into our products. As a dropshipping store all orders are fulfilled and shipped directly by our trusted supplier partners on our behalf. We remain fully responsible for your experience from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your door.

1. Processing time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next available business day.

During high-demand periods such as new collection drops, sales, or holidays processing may take slightly longer. We will notify you by email if there is any significant delay.

3. Shipping costs

Free standard shipping on all UK orders over £150
UK orders below £150 — flat rate shipping calculated at checkout
International orders — shipping costs calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight

4. Order tracking

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

If you have not received tracking details within 5 business days of placing your order please email hhuntley0000@gmail.com and we will look into it immediately.

5. Split shipments

As we work with multiple supplier partners some orders containing more than one item may arrive in separate packages at slightly different times. If this applies to your order you will receive individual tracking information for each shipment. You will never be charged additional shipping fees for split deliveries.

6. Packaging

DjinnCo is a dropshipping store. Some orders may arrive in supplier packaging rather than DjinnCo branded packaging. This does not affect the quality of your product or your consumer rights in any way. We are working towards fully branded packaging across our supply chain.

7. Customs and import duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or local taxes imposed by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product pricing or shipping fees.

We have no control over customs charges and cannot predict what they may be. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing an international order if you have any concerns.

8. Delays

Occasional delays may occur due to high order volumes, public holidays, carrier disruptions, or customs processing. If your order has not arrived within the estimated window please allow a few extra days before contacting us.

If your order has not arrived 30 days after the dispatch date please email hhuntley0000@gmail.com and we will investigate and resolve it as quickly as possible.

9. Lost or damaged orders

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos where possible.

10. Incorrect address

Please review your delivery address carefully before placing your order. DjinnCo cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer at checkout.

If you notice an error immediately after ordering please email hhuntley0000@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number. We will do our best to update the address before dispatch — however once an order has been dispatched we are unable to redirect it.
