Who we are

DjinnCo is a premium clothing and accessories brand operating through thedjinnco.com. We are a dropshipping store — all orders are fulfilled and shipped directly by our supplier partners on our behalf.

Orders and payment

All orders are subject to product availability. A binding contract is formed only when we send your order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel any order in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock issues — you will be refunded in full if this happens.

All payments are processed securely by our payment provider. We do not store your full card details.

Dropshipping disclosure

Products are fulfilled by third-party suppliers. Orders may arrive in supplier packaging and ship from locations outside the UK. This does not affect your consumer rights. We remain fully responsible for your order regardless of which supplier fulfils it.

Shipping and returns

Full details are in our Shipping Policy and Returns Policy at thedjinnco.com. In summary — orders are processed within 2–5 business days, damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery, and unworn items may be returned within 30 days.

Intellectual property

All content on thedjinnco.com including text, images, branding, and design is the property of DjinnCo and may not be reproduced or used without our prior written permission.

Our liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law DjinnCo is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. The latest version will always be at thedjinnco.com. Continued use of our site means you accept any updates.
